There is no live order lookup or carrier feed in this preview. Demonstration statuses do not prove a parcel exists or was dispatched. Live tracking requires secure order access before customer information can be displayed.
Read the stages separately
Payment pending, order accepted, preparing shipment, handed to carrier and delivered are different events. A created label does not always mean the carrier has the parcel. Live notifications must distinguish these stages.
If updates stop
Check the number and carrier through the verified order notification, then review the last event and estimated window. A preorder release estimate is not a delivery estimate. Verify customs requests through the carrier’s official channel before sharing details.
If something is missing
Check the address and safe-place or collection information, then prepare the order reference and tracking events for support. Keep packaging when part of an order is missing. Do not publish your address or phone in public enquiries.
