Full payment at order placement
The owner confirmed full payment when ordering preorders. A preorder concerns an item expected later and must be distinguished from physically available stock. Full payment alone does not establish guaranteed allocation or a delivery date.
Release and dispatch dates
A publisher release date differs from warehouse receipt and parcel dispatch. Future listings must distinguish confirmed dates from estimates. Supplier changes and route-specific transit need clear explanation without implying certainty.
Rules awaiting approval
Cancellation rights, delay handling, short-allocation remedies, oversubscription, allocation priority and mixed-order shipping remain unresolved. Live preorder payment must wait until these rules are published for buyers to review before committing.
Your preorder checklist
Check the product, language, quantity, dispatch origin, price and charge currency. Save the accepted terms with your order.
- Is allocation guaranteed or conditional?
- What happens if supply is delayed, reduced or unavailable?
- Can you cancel, and how would any refund be made?
- Will other items ship separately, and at what cost?
