Read the sales unit
A pack, booster box, display, case and single card are different sales units. Do not infer contents from another listing. The final product page must show the units included and any minimum quantity or ordering multiple.
Packaging descriptions
Descriptions should state whether original shrink wrap or seals are present, absent or not verified. Missing wrap should never be concealed. Minor packaging marks and damage affecting the goods are different issues and must be described accurately.
Single-card condition
A condition label cannot show every detail. For condition-sensitive purchases, review front and back photographs and ask about corners, edges, surface marks, creases and centering. A raw-card description is not a professional grading prediction.
When your parcel arrives
Check the item against its listing and order details before discarding packaging. Preserve evidence of a mismatch or damage. Unboxing photographs can help an investigation; this draft does not make a video a condition for exercising statutory rights.
