Our fulfillment locations
Japan is the primary origin. The owner reports regional warehouses in the USA, UK, Europe and Australia. Routing depends on actual stock, destination eligibility and service availability. Selecting a country does not reserve regional stock or guarantee domestic shipping.
Dispatch and transit are different
Dispatch is parcel preparation and carrier handover. Transit begins with the carrier. No fixed dispatch window, delivery estimate, carrier, free-shipping threshold or insurance coverage is approved yet. Live estimates must explain their basis and appear before payment.
Mixed items and warehouses
In-stock goods and preorders may be ready at different times. Different warehouses may require separate shipments. Holding, combining or splitting orders and any extra charges must be agreed before payment. A warehouse change must not silently alter costs or delivery expectations.
Address, phone and customs
The intended checkout requires the destination country, delivery address and phone number. Check them carefully so a carrier can reach you. Duty responsibility and tax collection remain to be configured and must be disclosed for the actual route.
